The much-anticipated ‘KGF chapter 2’ from rock star Yash has finally arrived in theatres and is garnering a positive reception from the crowd. In Hindi, the film has become the fastest to reach the Rs 100 crore club, earning 46.79 net (55.21 gross) Total 100.74 Nett in just two days.
In just two days, the film has amassed a gross of Rs 240 crore, making it the highest-grossing film in history. This is the essence of the film’s success, since it has broken records in Karnataka for a Kannada film and Kerala for any Indian film on day two. K.G.F.: Chapter 2 is a Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam film written and directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the Hombale Films label, and will be released worldwide on April 14, 2022.
Hombale Films, an up-and-coming pan-India production firm, is slated to screen some of the biggest films in Indian cinema over the next two years, including Prabhas’ much-anticipated blockbuster ‘Salaar.’ Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment and AA Films are distributing the film in North Indian markets.
