How students react about Biden's loan forgiveness plan?

In order to find out what college students thought of President Joe Biden's speech regarding the forgiveness of student loan debt

ABC News travelled to the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill (UNC)

On Wednesday, Biden said that his government will eliminate thousands of dollars in debt for people making less than $125,000 annually.

Different opinions on the president's most recent action were expressed by UNC students.

UNC student Elizabeth Johnson stated that she is in favour of Biden forgiving student debt.

Because interest rates are so high, "people are paying a lot of money, but the loans aren't really changing," 

The Education Data Initiative reports that Black graduates have a $25,000 higher debt load than their white colleagues.
