The trailer makes it abundantly apparent that she will resort to violence to protect Cady from anything or anyone, even if that means killing the aggressor. What starts as a playful and pleasant friendship between two ladies develops into something unexpected and becomes a terrifying event for everyone around them, including Gemma and Cady.
