Poco’s new smartphone is all set and ready to get launched in India. The company will release its new C-series smartphone in India during the Flipkart Big Billion Days sale. The smartphone company has confirmed that the Poco C31 will be launched in India on September 30. As per the official teaser posted by the Poco company, users eagerly waiting for the new phone not only got to know about the launch date but also the teaser gives some idea about its design and specifications to the potential buyers. This new smartphone will be the first-ever smartphone by the company since the Poco F3 GT.
Poco has also tweeted on its official account that the Poco C31 will be launched on September 30 via an online event and in the image posted by the smartphone company you can see that the phone will feature a water-drop notch display. The video teaser also further lets the viewers know that the phone will have thin bezels around the display and the chin will remain thick.
Poco has not revealed the display size of the smartphone but as per the reports, it may have the same 6.53-inch screen with HD+ resolution as on the Poco C3. Other departments may also get incremental upgrades on the Poco C3. The latter packs a MediaTek Helio G35 SoC while the new handset is tipped to come with a G85 SoC under the hood.
The Poco C41 phone mostly will feature a 5,000 mAh battery and may have a triple-camera setup on the back. The smartphone might also have support for fast charging and the C series is Poco’s affordable line-up. All the devices are usually priced less than Rs 10,000 and thus this smartphone of Poco C31 might be positioned in the same category as well. It also means that the device might not have many latest upgraded features like a high refresh rate panel or 5G support.
Well, the Poco C3 smartphone was launched last year with a 6.53-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) LCD with a water drop-style notch and 20:9 aspect ratio. The Poco C3 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 SoC and it has a triple rear camera. It is also paired with up to 4GB of RAM and has a 13-megapixel main snapper with f/2.2 aperture, 2-megapixel macro sensor with an f/2.4 lens. It also consists of a 5-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture for selfies and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.4 lens. The video-calling one is at the front.
