Reginald l, in many of his videos, has been seen asking random people to sing with him on camera in his ‘Sing With Me’ series which was started by him back in 2018. According to the artist, the reason for starting this series was to make people feel happy and give them a sense of freedom that they had never felt before. In the particular viral video, Gaurang is the one who stops to sing with the artist. Well, he hesitated to sing at first but soon he came back to Reginald and informed him that he didn’t know any English songs. He said, “But, I don’t know any English songs.”
Reginald tried to make Gaurang comfortable and asked him to sing whatever he wanted to in any language. Gaurang then gave him the name of the song which he wanted to sing and Reginald listened to the chords. Gaurang looks at the lyrics of Dilbar Mere on the phone to sing and is seen enjoying singing his favorite song which surely won the hearts of people on the internet. After the performance, Reginald thanked Gaurang by saying “Dhanyawaad” which means Thank You, and also was seen praising his singing skills.
The video has gone insanely viral on social media platforms and now has got more than 4 million views on YouTube. Netizens just loved seeing the singer and the New York artist performing together in the famous song. The Indian man’s spirit is what made many Indian netizens smile and they showered love on the YouTuber. Dilbar Mere is indeed a very popular Bollywood song from the 1982 film Satte Pe Satta. The film starring Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini in lead roles is an evergreen movie and the song was composed by RD Burman and crooned by Kishore Kumar and Annette Pinto.
