We always come across some videos on the internet which seem very weird and especially the food videos. Not all food videos are mouth-watering to see or appealing. There are some of these food-making videos which are surely displeasing not only for us but for many people out there. Recently one such video of Oreo pakoda is getting viral on the internet which seems weird.
You may remember as not too long ago netizens were turned off by a video that went viral and showed how to cook Oreo Maggi. This was a huge disappointment for food lovers and especially Maggi lovers. Now this Oreo pakoda being made at a food stall in Ahmedabad surfaced online which is now disappointing the pakoda lovers and other people too. We can say that netizens couldn’t stomach this either.
The weird cooking video on the popular YouTube channel “Foodie Incarnate” is run by the food blogger Amar Sirohi. Well surprisingly the food blogger himself was shocked by this weird recipe of Oreo pakoda. According to the video which was posted by him, the dish is served in Ahmedabad and surprisingly is quite popular among the locals and especially children. At the beginning of the video, it can be heard Sirohi saying, “There is Oreo in this pakoda. You don’t believe me? Here, take a look at this one,” as he tears opened the Oreo filled pakoda.
The camera then films the stall which is located in Ahmedabad by the name of “Rokadiya Bhajiya ”, where this dish is being sold. In the video, which is about 3.27 minutes long, the food bloggers show the Oreo biscuit pakoda being made and served. The stall owner can be seen making the basic pakoda batter which consists of gram flour, salt, and baking soda. Then he puts the whole packet of Oreo into the batter and then covers the biscuit fully with the batter. Then he puts them one by one into the oil and fries them. The weirdest thing is that it was served with chilies. After buying the plate he then tastes the dish before sharing his review.
It didn’t take long for the video to go viral and it resulted in a bunch of reactions. While many netizens were repulsed by the weird food combination, others were also amused by the use of Oreo biscuits for making pakoda and joked about being added to Biryani too.
A user commented, “after a few years- lelo Bhai, Oreo dum Biryani 500 rupees kg” while the other user commented, “humanity is evolving- just backwards.”
While one commented that this was the reason Thanos wanted to erase half of the population (one of the most used memes) another made a comment related to this that this is the gesture of Thanos’s arrival.
Well, this kind of experimentation of weird combinations of the food is just increasing day by day and now it is this type of riddles that have become common that we all easily come across these types of videos. Someday we come across Maggi laddu while the other day we will come to know about the Maggi milkshake. Ice cream chat, Butter chicken golgappa, and many such videos have spread on the internet which is altering the real and much better taste of the food. Well by looking at the increase of such experiments it seems like this is going to increase day by day, as for now, people not only love to do experiments with fashion but also with food.
