Carmen purchased a gated property in Beverly Hills for $1.35 million in 2002. She owned the house until 2014 when she sold it for $3.75 million. Her timing may not have been ideal because the buyer flipped her home for $4.8 million only two months after purchasing it.
Carmen spent $2.7 million on a new property in the Hollywood Hills before selling her residence. She rapidly became tired of this house, putting it on the market less than a year later and eventually taking $2.35 million in July 2015, a loss of roughly $350,000.
