More passionate exchanges near the sea. Season 8 of Bachelor in Paradise is coming again, but there will be some changes this time. Following Chris Harrison’s departure from the franchise in June 2021, season 7 had a rotating roster of guest hosts that included Lil Jon, Lance Bass, and David Spade; however, the new episodes will only have Jesse Palmer as the emcee.
Following an earlier announcement that the former NFL athlete would also host the season of The Bachelorette starring Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia, ABC officially confirmed the plan in May 2022. Taking over for guest hosts Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe, who oversaw seasons 17 and 18 of The Bachelorette last year, Palmer led The Bachelor’s fifth season in 2004.
Wells Adams won’t be returning as the bachelor, but some Bachelor in Paradise alumni had their fingers crossed that he might. Kendall Long remarked in a May 2022 episode of Us Weekly’s “Here for the Right Reasons” podcast, “Wells was more interactive with all of us than the host was just because he was there every day at the bar.”
And by discussing genuine, genuine emotions and offering guidance, he genuinely played the role of a host. Kendall’s previous co-star Tammy Ly, who shared a season 7 episode with her, concurred. In May 2022, she told Us, “Wells should just be the permanent host.”
“I believe he is a murderer. His commentary is excellent. He’s witty. Additionally, he is like, incredibly relatable and empathetic. While the network’s entertainment president Craig Erwich hinted that the potential candidates will be able to live up to the expectation, ABC hasn’t made any additional casting announcements for the show’s future season aside from the host.
During ABC’s Upfront presentation in May 2022, he predicted that Bachelor in Paradise would continue to be a very viewed and talked-about block of programming on Mondays and Tuesdays when considering some of the personalities they have in mind to return.
Due to the summertime filming schedule for Season 8, it’s conceivable that some of the leftovers from Gabby and Rachel’s future season may wind up on the shore. In March 2022, production for their combined season 19 began.
Additionally, there’s a chance that some of the The Bachelorette competitors from Michelle Young’s season might make an appearance. For instance, Rodney Mathews, a fan favourite, has intimated that he would be open to travelling to Mexico in search of love.
In March 2022, he told us, “I don’t want to give a hard yes or no.” “I’m always available for love. Really hoping to locate it. I guess I have a strange sense that this is my year. I’m going to speak it into being and make it manifest.
During an appearance on “The Viall Files” in August 2022, BiP bartender Adams hinted that season 8 would contain new video. ABC requested 13 more hours than we had previously, so depending on how they split it up, that’ll be about six extra episodes,” the producer said.
The radio DJ added, “Our shoot schedule didn’t become longer.” I just assume that everything that used to be left on the cutting room floor will now be on the show,” the speaker said. One who hosts Jesse will host the first season of BiP after presiding over Clayton Echard’s The Bachelor season. As the bartender at the Paradise, Wells will also be back.
Released date?
Tuesday, September 27, is set aside for the ABC premiere of Season 8.
Releasing issue?
Before any casting announcements were made, Demi Burnett, a former cast member from seasons 6 and 7, told us that she wouldn’t be returning to Mexico for another round. In May 2022, she declared, “I cannot participate in Bachelor in Paradise once more.” Additionally, I am totally out of their league.
Casting Possibilities?
After his breakup with Katie Thurston, former The Bachelorette contestant Blake Moynes, who appeared on seasons 16 and 17, hasn’t completely ruled out participating in Paradise. In October 2021, just than three months after Blake proposed on the season 17 Bachelorette finale, the Canadian native and the former bank marketing manager called it quits.
The wildlife manager quipped in an Instagram Story from March 2022, “Can’t wait to get on that beach, get back into it.” Not unless it was a tremendous opportunity for something, but I’d prefer not to, so never say never.
When will season 8 of “BIP” start filming?
I now formally declare Paradise OPEN with the authority granted to me. On June 9, Palmer posted with the hashtags “#BachelorNation #BachelorInParadise.”
Steam details?
Season 8 will become a little more NSFW, if the promotional image is any clue. In August, ABC released a photo with the caption, “Everyone’s down to flock,” showing two flamingo pool floaties having a good time.
Round 1 cast possibilities?
Eight men and eleven women would be a part of the initial group travelling to Mexico, according to an August 2022 announcement from ABC. Casey Woods, Romeo Alexander, and Brandon Jones will join Logan Palmer and Jacob Rapini as The Bachelorette contestants for season 19.
The last three males, who were all a part of Katie’s season, are Michael Allio, Andrew Spencer, and Justin Glaze. Women from Clayton’s season of The Bachelor make up the majority of the first round of women.
All of the cast members from season 26, including Hailey Malles, Shanae Ankney, Genevieve Parisi, Hunter Haag, Sierra Jackson, Kira Mengistu, Jill Chin, Serene Russell, and Teddi Wright, will now be in Mexico.
The first Bachelor in Paradise group is completed by previous competitor of Matt James Brittany Galvin and season 20 alum Lace Morris.
