Warner Bros released the trailer of the threequel giving a Christmas treat for Harry Potter fans, looking forward to the wizarding world of Harry Potter. The Fantastic Beasts series has a plucky group of heroes and as there are no books to pave the way, the trailer arrived on December 13 only gave us a glimpse. The footage sees Dumbledore giving Newt an ominous warning about how “the world as we know it is coming undone”, stating: “Grindelwald is pulling it apart with hate. If we’re to defeat him, you’ll have to trust me.”
Depp had shot one scene as Grindelwald for the third movie, and the role will be played by Doctor Strange and Hannibal star Mads Mikkelsen. Mikkelsen stated that he didn’t talk to Depp about his part. “I have been a fan of Johnny Depp since I saw him as a young man, and to try to bring his intensity and his way of doing it into my work is a no-go. I have to find my own, because his is unique, and I just have to let that be, and find a different path,” he stated.
Talking about Leta Lestrange (Zoe Kravitz), who was killed by Grindelwald while helping Newt and the others escape and Eddie Redmayne will be back as Newt Scamander. Katherine Waterston (Tina Goldstein), Jude Law (Albus Dumbledore), Dan Fogler (Jacob Kowalski) and Alison Sudol (Queenie Goldstein) will be seen too.
Ezra Miller will be playing the role of Credence Barebone, along with Callum Turner (Theseus Scamander), William Nadylam (Yusuf Kama), Poppy Corby-Tuech (Vinda Rosier), Jessica Williams (Professor Hicks), and Victoria Yeates (Bunty). Richard Coyle’s role is a mystery and Dark star Oliver Masucci will play the Head of the International Confederation of Wizards. The director David Yates has signed on to direct all three of the upcoming movies and the original series of alumni will be a part of Fantastic Beasts. Steve Kloves has written the 3rd movie with JK Rowling.
Fantastic Beasts 3, 4, and 5 release dates: the Fantastic Beasts 3 will be released in UK cinemas on April 8, 2022. It will be released in US cinemas on April 15, 2022. The film was initially scheduled to release on November 12, 2021, but was delayed due to pandemic conditions.
Later it was again delayed in February 2021, and composer James Newton Howard stated, “I know that David Yates has finished shooting, and I’m chomping at the bit to get going.” The fourth and fifth movies are expected to be released in November 2022 and November 2024 respectively but that is not what is scheduled.

Fogler reveals in March 2020 that he’d read the script. “The character development is really lovely and it’s very similar to the feel of the first movie, which I think is great,” he said. “It’s leading toward this massive war with the backdrop of World War II, so you can just imagine epic battle scenes are coming.” “I never really know what I’m supposed to say or not say,” she explained. “But yes, I can confirm there will be surprises. I just thought of one, in fact. It surprised me! I think that’s about as far as I can go.”
