In a surprising post former India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh has finally announced that he is coming out of retirement and will soon return to the field by next year in February. Yuvraj announced through a post he uploaded on Instagram. Yuvraj shared a short clip of his final century in India colors, the time when he blasted 150 against England in Cuttack. He shared the video and wrote, “on public demand” he will be back on the pitch “hopefully in February”. He also urged the fans to support the Indian team after they lost both of the opening matches in T20 World Cup 2021 against Pakistan and New Zealand.Â
In a late-night post on Instagram, Yuvraj announced that he will be back playing Cricket in February 2022, which has left everyone amazed and surprised by the sudden announcement. He wrote, “God decides your destiny!! On public demand, I will be back on the pitch hopefully in February! Ain’t nothing like this feeling! Thank you for your love and wishes to mean a lot to me! keep supporting India, it’s our team and a true fan will show his or her support in tough Times” fans have started assuming that maybe the two-time World Cup winner is resuming his professional career 2 years after he announced his retirement.
But still, he hasn’t clarified in what capacity he is making his comeback. The 39-year-old former all-rounder announced his international retirement in 2019 but still continued playing in leagues across the globe. Yuvraj Singh was lastly seen in action at the series of road safety world in March this year where he also represented India legend.Â
