1. The classic chicken lasagna:
ingredients required-
1 onion finely chopped
1 medium carrot grated
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
Chicken breast pieces
1 tablespoon tomato puree
125 gram ball mozzarella
Some basil leaves
1 tablespoon honey
1 tbsp olive oil
Method: heat the oil in the sauce pan and add the chicken breast pieces. Let it get cooked and add onions, celery and carrot. Cook until all the ingredients are soft and then add garlic and cook for a minute. Add tomato puree and honey. You can also add some salt as per your taste. Heat the oven to 200C/ 180C fan/gas 6. Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
Peanut butter
Some honey if required
Chia & Flex Seeds-Optional

Method: you can leave your field bananas and the fridge overnight so that it gets frozen. Slice the bananas and put them in a blender along with a cup of milk, some honey and peanut butter along with seeds. You can add more milk if you want and blend it until smooth for about 30 seconds.
3. Egg or Chicken Salad:
Ingredients- shallot, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, green olives, olive oil, vinegar, hard-boiled eggs, boiled or grilled chicken.
Method- take a bowl and whisk the olive oil and vinegar properly. Once it is blended you can add the sauce with the chopped ingredients mentioned above. You can also add some boiled chicken pieces in the salad along with a bit of lemon zest. Serve it with cornbread and it’s all done.
4. Veg sandwich:
ingredients- butter, bread, cumin seeds, garlic, tomato, salt, chilli powder, capsicum, carrot, corn onion, cheese, cottage cheese.
Method: apply some butter on bread and toast it. Take a pan, heat the oil and add cumin seeds and garlic. Add some finely chopped tomatoes and cover it so that it becomes soft easily. Next add some chili powder and salt as per your taste along with finely chopped veggies mentioned in the ingredients. You can also add some extra veggies including cabbage and lettuce as per your choice. Once done place the filling on the toaster slices and add some cheese if you like. Simple veg sandwich is ready.
