Cricketer Rishabh Pant Airlifted To Mumbai, Set To Undergo Surgery

BCCI secretary Jay Shah said in a press release that Pant was airlifted from a hospital in Dehradun to Mum

he could receive extensive treatment for ligament injuries to his knee and ankle sustained in a car accident on Dece
mber 30.
Given Pant's inability to travel via commercial airline, the BCCI has opted to transfer him to Mumbai via air
ambulance.
Sports orthopaedic surgeon Dinshaw Pardiwala will be caring for
Pant, as was previously reported by PTI.
