Return to Hogwarts for the 20th Anniversary of Harry Potter

For all Potterheads, New Year’s Day is exceptionally special this year. When the Harry Potter film series premiered in 2001, fans of the best-selling book series flocked to see it. The news of the Harry Potter reunion, Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts, is all over the place twenty years later, and we can’t keep our cool. In our hearts, the magic and mystery of the well-crafted Harry Potter films are rent-free. Through this series, we’ve witnessed Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint develop into fantastic actors. It’s more than a dream come true to see the entire group reunite once more.

HBO Max is providing an unscripted reunion special for another renowned nostalgia property, following in the footsteps of Friends: The Reunion, which aired in May. Is this HBO Max’s expansion plan? I’m curious as to what will happen next. Anyway, a large portion of the primary Harry Potter actors has returned to discuss their experiences while filming the movie.

We have Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter), Emma Watson (Hermione Granger), and Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) as the central trio, as well as Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange), Robbie Coltrane (Hagrid), Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy), Gary Oldman (Sirius Black), and all four directors (Chris Columbus, Alfonso Cuarón, Mike Newell, and David yates .

J.K. Rowling, the creator of Harry Potter, is glaringly absent from Return to Hogwarts, in what appears to be an attempt by HBO Max and Warner Bros. to avoid criticism in light of Rowling’s frequent transphobic views. Rowling does make an appearance on old film.
